Statement of objectives

The Europa.md portal provides Moldovan citizens with information about the European Union and the political, economical and social events of the EU member states. For the external community, the portal offers information about Moldova’s gradual progress in the context of the European integration. It also provides academic and analytical sources and monitors the implementation of the European Union – Moldova Action Plan and other relevant commitments of the Republic of Moldova.

In addition to its role of information and analysis, the portal serves also as a bridge between users from the governmental and Non-Governmental sectors, helping them work together in the fields with common objectives.

Europa.md is also oriented to the ordinary citizen, providing general knowledge about the values of European democracy and information about the steps made by Republic of Moldova towards the European integration.
